The North Texas Flying Club is a regular C Corporation overseen by an executive committee. Club members pay an initiation fee, monthly dues, and rental fees. Some members of the club are high-time Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) who are available for instruction.

The North Texas Flying Club owns eleven airplanes: one C140, one Ercoupe, three Cessna 152s, two Cessna 172s, one Archer II, one Piper Warrior II, one Piper Arrow IV, and one Piper Cherokee Six.
