Attend the Dubai Air Show 2007
The Dubai Air Show 2007 will be held between the 11th to the 15th of November 2007, and is hosted at the Airport Expo. Since its first show in 1989 it has become an international event that draws as many spectators and visitors as it does exhibitors and businessmen. It is an air show like to other, and has gained a reputation as the place to be to advertise or exhibit any aviation related products. This year, the Dubai Air Show will definitely be even better and bigger than the last.
As an international air show that accommodates both the civil aviation industry and the military aviation industry, the organizers of this magnificent event in Dubai, Fairs & Exhibitions Ltd., have turned this year’s focus to these markets. Of course, the popular exhibitions that have been at the show since its opening, such as the International Aerospace Exhibition, will be in attendance. But organizers are hoping that the Dubai 2007 Air Show will open the doors to new relationships between market developers and major aviation companies. Offering delegates and company representatives the opportunity to meet and display their products can be a massive boost to the entire aviation industry.
The air show would also not be as successful without the support of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Defense Minister, the Prime Minister, the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, the Department of Civil Aviation, the Dubai Governments and the UAE Armed Forces.
Some of the big names in aviation and first time exhibitors will be attending the show, so visitors can be on the look out for companies such as Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Development Co., Falcon Aviation, International Association of Space Activities from Russia, Sukhoi and many others. Even though approximately forty thousand of those who attend will be trade visitors, the general public will also be there to walk through the exhibition halls and marvel at the hundred and thirty aircraft that will be on display. Most visitors come to see the acrobatics teams take to the skies and enjoy the thrill of the flight demonstrations. Aircraft that will be at the show include the Challenger 605, Eurofighter (Mock-up), Yabhon HMD, Diamond DA42 Twin Star, G550, Hawker 4000, Alphajet, C-101 (EADS-CASA), E-ZC Hawkeye, F-18F Super Hornet, Viator AP68TP-600, Global Express and the Pilatus PC12.
Between exciting flights, exhilarating aerobatics and fascinating exhibits, the Dubai 2007 Air Show is guaranteed to be an event that is filled with excitement and activity. It is an opportunity to get close to the aircraft that are unknown to the public and is an educational show that brings awareness regarding the massive aviation industry of the world.
