Can anyone give me some tips on being a good pilot and flying planes?
Plus when im older i want to start up a flight club, can anyone give me hints on doing that the right way also?

Keep your eyes focused on your goal, take the ribbing with good nature, don't give up, and be able to divide your attention equally between several objects. Above all, obey and do as you are told. Ground control and superiors all see more than you do. Listen and learn.
