Hey everyone! I've only had one flying lesson so far, but I might get another this weekend. I'm a 14-year-old girl (obviously). I'm not really into all that girly stuff; I'm more of a tomboy. I love aviation and hope to make some friends here that are as crazy about it as I am! Bye! avi8or girl

Talking Rock on.

Rock on. Im 15, going on 16 and have about..oh say, 4.1 hours of flight time. Im flying Cessnas and what not in California out of El Monte. Little Cessna 172. But, youll enjoy flying. It is difficult to learn, Ill admit that. Theres a lot of things to memorize..V sub X..V sub Y..etc etc. But flying is fun once youve done it a while. Enjoy yourself while you can. Have fun in the air!

Thanks, BoeingGuy. So, how long have you been taking flying lessons? And what do you do about money? I would have had more by now if I had enough money. My mom makes me work for the money (the lessons end up costing about $100!). I live in Montana by the way. And I was wondering, what are the V sub X and the other thing like that all about? Just wondering.

You fly Bombardiers? Dude, I so hate you. ;oP I took a ride in a Bombardier Q200 a little while ago, thing flys smoothly despite bumpy take offs and landings. I want to ride in that Bombarbier, I forgot the name, but its Horizon Airlines owned, twin jet. Thing is sleek and very aerodynamic. Want to fly me in YOUR Bombardier? ;oP I like my Cessna 172+, but thing is small and compact. x.x
