New Here. Need Help. Looking for blue prints.

Hi everyone. I am new here. I hope someone might be able to help me find some blue prints. I am looking to build this plane. It is called Koch Mark 4. I have come across some photos and a newsletter but to no avil have I found the gentlman who wrote this or built the plane. If you can help it would be nice.
