I hate scabbing jokes off of people but I am sure they will not mind.
The joke refers to 'man vs. machine'; in this case between a pilot and the onboard computers of many modern aircraft (especially Airbuses). The first and last words of an Airbus pilot on that aircraft's final flight. "What is it doing now?" and "It's never done that before..." [Edited by Aviation_Enthusiast on 8th May 2005 at 10:23]
