Call up whichever flight schools are close, and
ask to talk to some former students. If their former students have good things to say about them, give them a go. If you don't like them you can always just go to another school.

I have a close friend who left spartan because of how crapy the school is. The flight hours are over priced and you only are allowed to fly twice a week. Here at Riddle, I fly every day. Its hard flight training but second to NONE!!!
