New Garrow Aircraft A Novel Concept
At first glance it resembles some sort of toy – a sort of cross between an airboat and a paper jet – yet the new VerticopterTM is certainly not just a fanciful plaything for children. This innovative new aircraft is the latest creation to be developed by Garrow Aircraft and it is almost ready for mainstream production.
Sky-Sailor Aims For Mars
The solar-powered aircraft, known as Sky-Sailor, recently set a world record for endurance by flying non-stop from Zurich to London. The autonomously controlled aircraft completed the 874.4 kilometer journey in just over 27 hours, maintaining an altitude of between 200 and 400 meters.
McChord Air Expo 2008

This fantastic event is regularly held at the McChord Air Force Base in Washington and is free to the public. This year’s expo will take place on July 19-20 and will no doubt delight most airplane lovers who attend.
